You should only consider switching when your current software has a significant flaw or lacks features that force you to spend excessive time on workarounds.

The best we can hope for is "best guess" and move the pricing up or down as interest is shown or lack thereof.If a realtor says they can sell your house in a week, they are pricing it way too low.

If you were bidding on a property that went to $101,000 and you only had $5,000 on deposit, you would not be able to bid the $101,000 - you would be "out" due to lack of funds.If you won the auction for $100,000 - the $95,000 balance is due the next day, in certified funds, at the court clerk's office.  

I really don't need the coaching but the 100% funding is more idea for me because of the lack of funds and trying to break away from wholesaling.

Their policy changes including price increases, charging for every little thing as an "add-on", complicated GUI and the lack of fixes of known problems (posted by their "community" on a Facebook Group), and super slow ACH deposits (which take 10+ days!)

They are not always apples to apples, so a qualified and experienced broker, can sift through the many options and present you with the best three.
