Berkeley County is close to the interstate , Hedgesville and Berkeley Springs are neat places.

For example on my personal property I'm choosing to do a home equity line of credit ( HELOC) instead as my interstate rate is currently 2.8% and if I did a refinance chances are with rate hikes and taking out equity I would see a big increase in my payment. 

There's. been some serious growth in the areas between Cleveland and Columbus down interstate 71.
