Turnkey Rentals and Possible providers

Hello all, I am just starting out and looking to buy my 1st rental property. Given i know so little I was considering buying a Turnkey rental but am not having luck finding many. I have found 2 and neither do in house property management which i red here might be a red flag. Was curious if there are experienced users here who have some recommendations on Turnkey providers
