I'm looking at a home with a gravity heater in Minneapolis and know nothing about them.

Should I not consider the home because of these? Seems like it can be very expensive to replace.

All of our properties are fully renovated, including upgraded electrical, plumbing, water and heat, to ensure low cost on future maintenance.

The most effective way is heat treatment but not something I can do in an apt.
