Hi All,

I am new to bigger pockets and real estate investing as a whole. I am am a GC in Portland OR and do upscale remodeling as my day job. I am finishing up building my own house and am looking to figure out what the next thing is that I can do in my spare time. I also want to find something that I can do should I not be able to physically do the remodeling anymore. I am finding a wealth of information on here and have enjoyed listening to podcasts. Makes the hours fly by. I did one flip about 10 years ago and was pretty foolish and just trying to ride the excitement of the day. This next time around I want to be more measured in my approach and do investing in a systematic and reasoned approach. Looking forward to meeting more of you in the forums and in my local area. Cheers
