I won't buy a house that hasn't had an electrical panel upgrade unless I'm getting it for a song, but that is another big issue in houses that I look at from the 40's backwards. 

That is a sure recipe for going out of business.

Executives aren’t known for going out of their way to stay in a large home.That location may work for short term rentals, but look into another market.

Their costs are considerably higher but they drive the rents of comparables up and many young professionals will forgo the shared yoga studio or indoor dog park for my somewhat less expensive, but comparable, alternative.

Even with filters you have to check the water monthly with tests for going bad.Is there county or city water close by you could tap into??
