FYI we have most of our investment properties specifically in South LA / Watts district.

Therefore any single family home with decent square footage in a good school district is bound to go up in value and rent.In general I am very optimistic for Milwaukee.

Those 3 cities share a consolidated school district. 

Great school district with a lot of growth.

All the debt goes and you have enough for a large down payment on the cheapest 2-bedroom single-family home in a passable rental area with a decent school district that you can find.Small mortgage payment, no debt, low taxes for the next eight years, until she finishes high school.

I’ve been renting a couple homes for the past 10 years In order to have my kids in a good school district.

We are currently looking to buy single family homes with at least 2 bedrooms and over 1000 sq ft in good school districts that we can rehab, add value and flip.

Consider renting in a safe place with a crummy school district I imagine it will be cheaper, you are homeschooling your kids anyway.

It is a tight market in this school district and it's a desirable neighborhood.

Milwaukee will look cheap to you, but my recommendation is to stay away from low income and high crime areas and invest in areas with better school districts, especially if you are investing for someone else, you want to make sure you are buying a quality asset that will perform well past year one.See you around!
