It would be good to understand how one should take that view in order to effectively use that information to decide on how to proceed with a property.

Additionally, working in a small-town market taught us how to effectively price properties for faster sales without compromising profit.

Hopefully it'll be lower, but that where's my urban developers in a few other markets are seeing their numbers come in.

One thing though is that there are requirements coming into effect soon where wholesalers will need to get their license in PA for any properties that they wholesale, so you might want to look into that before it becomes official!  

within 18 months a developer was doing a land assemblage and scooped up our parcel for 915k..

They have been very professional and effective so far.

I am not the most technical person but in this day and age, not being technical is even more reason to welcome opportunities to use platforms that help develop that skill.
