My name is Christian and I'm excited to be here as I start on my journey into real estate wholesaling, specifically in the Pittsburgh, PA area. I'm eager to learn the ropes, connect with experienced investors, and contribute to this fantastic community.

- Location: Bellevue , PA

-Focus: Real estate wholesaling, with a long-term goal of building a portfolio of rental properties.

- Background: Took some real estate classes before but really a lot of self learning on creative financing 

- Current Goal:To close my first wholesale deal within the next few months by learning from seasoned investors and applying proven strategies.

I'm here to absorb as much knowledge as possible, so if you have any tips or resources, I’m all ears! Christian, welcome to the Pittsburgh investment market! I am a local agent here at an investment brokerage, and would love to connect for any future deals you may be looking to purchase. One thing though is that there are requirements coming into effect soon where wholesalers will need to get their license in PA for any properties that they wholesale, so you might want to look into that before it becomes official!
