The curb valve in street needs to be operational though in case of emergency. 

Lastly, it lacks some serious curb appeal and would need work on the outside.I heard about bigger pockets from a friend in real estate.

But I'm sure it will come up again with some of my properties with a single, narrow driveway shared by multiple tenants in the same house and would love a good handle of how to curb this problem from the start...

I'll also want to add landscaping and rent it out with nice curb appeal.

Hi , I was recently driving for dollars and came across a property which looked vacant and looked like a lot of the junk had been emptied out and lined up at the curb.

Having good curb value is important.  

Make sure it's got curb appeal first and then do interior.
