Maybe BP should create a graphic, like different color rings around profile picture (only 1 ring broken into quads) to indicate what type of investor you are - high/low $/door, STR/LTR, buy-hold/flip, Cbus vs rest of country, deal volume, etc.

There are better times like right after 2008 when you could buy up whole blocks for pennies on the dollar. 

The salmon color, not so much.

In my opinion it creates road blocks that slow investors down. 

Apartments.com didn't have all the features that I was looking for - like blocking partial payments.

Investment in this area tends to be block-by-block so as @Paul De Luca mentioned, it's worth driving through and assessing prior to making any investment decisions.

Speaking of Wenatchee Ave an entire block is being demolished, and current tenants are vacating.

Neither one allow full access to the entire closet i.e either half closet blocked with sliding type or part of closet blocked with bifold especially in a smaller closet.

Milwaukee is block by block and most OOS investors (and relocation clients) are surprised by the range of choices.
