I am the primary bread winner for a family of 6 (7 if you count our lab which we do!).

Infatuation and lust (what some would say are parts of "chemistry") aren't great foundations for a relationship.  

For the past three years, I have worked for an engineering consulting firm in New York City where I have designed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems for high rise residential and commercial buildings, as well as hotels, pharmaceutical labs and government offices.

The biggest thing is to realize without chemistry, there's no chance of getting a deal.

We have a yellow lab that sheds terrible and drools so we are constantly cleaning up after him. 

Take it to an asbestos testing lab.

I followed some sites like Eviction Lab but it looks like they largely stopped keeping track a few years ago. 

How about the house exploding as there was a meth lab in the basement, Google meth lab blows up house Cleveland.

(There are some extreme cases--like meth labs, i.e. situations where you have to hire outside experts to do the cleaning--but even then it is up to the judge.) 

It would be interesting to see will doc's push back and want concessions from owners, or do the owners control the game.There has also been more unbundling of service charges.A charge for the doc, a facility charge, a lab charge, etc.
