I have completed a business plan and I am now looking for a good listing service for a   Marketing campaign to find my motivated sellers.

When your phone lines start ringing from your marketing campaigns and you direct the calls to your VA to qualify the leads, how do you route the call to them w/o it being a long distance call?

Is there a web host or certain online service provider you would recommend for getting motivated sellers to enter their info so I can follow up with them as well as put them on email campaign?

@Summer Poole There are plenty of avenues to take when it comes to acquiring the list and building/budgeting your marketing campaign, which can require some money upfront to systemize & scale.

I would do a direct mail campaign to each of them.
