Another newbie looking for insight

Hello All, 

I am this newbie mentioned and I have been educating myself on wholesaling for about a year now and I am finally confident enough to take some action. I have completed a business plan and I am now looking for a good listing service for a   Marketing campaign to find my motivated sellers. Any recommendations on listing services? Any other ways I should begin?
