Hi everyone, I am interested in hearing everyone's thoughts on the Platform Pacaso, I have noticed that it can inflate housing prices in some areas due to them being less concerned about paying a low price upfront and more focused on the overall profit they can generate through fractional sales and ongoing services.

My intention was to minimize my reported taxable income after taking expenses against the earnings through the LLC.I don't see how this would benefit you tax wise.In fact, I would be concerned that by mixing personal business (rental property in your name) with the LLC that you could basically nullify the liability protection the LLC offers allowing anyone who sues you to pierce your corporate veil because of this co-mingling.

If you are really concerned about the appraisal, you can always purchase one to be done for your property prior to starting the HELOC process and provide it to the bank when they request the appraiser.

Get pictures of every room, the electrical breaker box, water heater, furnace, each side of the house, the roof, the basement if there is one, inside and outside of the garage if there is one etc.If the seller doesn’t want you to come do a walk-through and take pictures due to concerns over COVID-19, then have the seller take pictures and send them to you.
