You can have a lot of synergy between your financial services and REI. 

Also, we live in an area with a pretty high Spanish speaking population.

And this side of my family is Cuban, so I'll need to brush up my Spanish and be ready to eat pork.I don't expect (and hope) to have any RE issues during these few days.
