This is what will lead to a crash -- the exuberance everywhere has been seeing Wichita included-- we're in for a rude awakening - I hate to say I look forward to it - as then I'll be able to get my house built and a contractor to take me seriously and not try to screw me over when they dont have any work.

I could pay a tenant to handle it as it's absentee like the way the garbage is handled, but my monthly inspection visits keeps things clean and tidy.And you you rent out triplexes to singles, you'll have at least 8 or 10 tenants in the building, besides prior tenants and their junk mail, and having so many people following a protocol religiously is a pipe dream.
