@Tony Talamas Makes sense, I guess my "bio" was the pro-formas for my current apartments as well as the "actuals" that I was able to PDF through my owner portal from my 3rd party PM.  

We use delawareregisteredagent.com they have reasonable pricing and an online account management portal.

Our owner's get an inspection report published to their portal with pictures and/or comments of any concerns.

I’ve also checked on (https://msc.fema.gov/portal) and (http://www.floodtools.com/Map.aspx) to make sure the property is not in a flood zone.

When you request a certificate of eligibility (COE) from the VA (can be done through the ebenefits portal) it will tell you how much benefits you have left.
