I just bought a SFH a week ago and am not discovering MAJOR plumbing issues throughout the entire basement (botched bathroom addition, horrible French drain system, drilled holes in the sump pumps…) that has resulted in the whole basement concrete/subfloor being saturated.

The builder of this home should have installed a french drain system to avoid this problem but perhaps not.
