As far as the conference goes, I learned a lot from the 3 day Rich Dad workshop when I was getting started.

I was thinking of making the 1st floor conference room available on an appointment basis to the (probable) 7 separate tenants on the top floor, that way they could meet with an elderly client on the 1st floor.

I just attended a real estate conference in Bakersfield and decided I did not want to barrow an enormous amount of money to attend an advanced training.

I have been attending college for about four years; I obtained my Associate in Science, I conducted behavioral research as an intern for one year, I became Vice President of Leadership in Phi Theta Kappa local chapter, and I was active in school activities.
