You have states like OH, IN, TN, FL, OR along the coast to buy some Multi-families or SFR's.In places like Carmel Indiana, or Knoxville TN you can still find 2-4 Unit rentals under $200K.

The location I chose was Knoxville TN, primarily because 1.

I don't know Knoxville, but the location looks very desirable going by Google maps.

The parking lot was packed with vehicles. last year you couldn’t rent any car from there short notice (had to go to Knoxville) Atleast we have low gas prices now, but that’s due to a drop in demand, hopefully opec+ doesn’t do another oil supply cut.
