Hi all,

Have my property up for rent (I live in this one still, moving out next week), and have had a rough time with applicants, looking for any feedback. We have had 37 inquiries, at least 15 tours, and 5 applications. Unfortunately, none of the applicants have qualified and oddly enough, none of the applicants contacted me before applying and none did a showing. We have had 3 or 4 well qualified people come tour, love the house, but end up going with something else that they say is larger than ours. I've asked the last 2 that fall into this category if pricing has been a factor, and they said no, price was fine but they could spend more and went that route. We even accept up to 3 pets with no weight restrictions on dogs...  We feel we're in a tough spot where people spend a bit more for a bigger, more luxurious home, or they are pushing their budget with this house and not qualified.

I know pics aren't the best, but we plan to take professional one's once we are out next week if it's still not rented. The house has been impeccable during shows. Since we are getting interest, I don't think the pictures are the problem. We are moving to Florida and pulled the house off for about 10 days when Ian hit to be safe and ensure this house wouldn't rent, the other would be destroyed, and we'd be out.

Appreciate any insight you have: https://www.zillow.com/homedet...
