This period of warmer temps (which is technically not even completely true depending where, how, and who you choose to get your data) has happened before and will happen again.Still, if you enjoy cool. wet weather and Blue politics I imagine that Oregon would be a splendid place to invest.

imagine we will see less and less of these subject-to transactions in the coming future as this method has been popularized by some famous proponents...As far as finding these deals, a sub-to transaction would most likely be found by trolling foreclosures and finding off-market deals like a wholesaler.
