What do you stand to lose by reaching out to those guys and asking to talk with them?

I’m ready to fly out there myself…and stand in front of her office until she cuts me a check…at this point with what she owes me it will be worth it. 

If they wanted there own separate stand alone appfolio, so it's segregated data to them, ok solved data privacy but why not internalize PM's than? 

Yep, I saw the same thing @Joel Owens back in 2005-2007 or so when I quit going, what had been a room in the basement that would ALWAYS have many open seats and tables had steadily become standing room only and even some weeks with some of usually the regulars out in the hallway since we'd know depending on the law firm handling the sale, an approximate time it would come up.

To set up a successful stand alone wholesaling business - and by that I mean a “contract flipping” business, is possible but requires a lot of capital, contrary to what the gurus teach.

Think about what you can offer that's special or different to stand out.

Guests have more choices due to this over saturation so it’s harder for Hosts to stand out.
