As a recent medical school grad about to start as a resident physician in July, really interested to hear if anyone else got started in real estate investing as a physician or healthcare professional.

This is strategy can be especially beneficial in areas with a lot of healthcare workers, contracted laborers from big corporations (ex: In Houston, Oil Companies need a place to staff all of their workers.), etc. 

There are lots of traveling professionals within the health care field as well as corporate travel, construction travel and digital nomads.
