A college town with most of the town consisting of older buildings, and the random factory scattered here or there.  

I do know that there is absolutely nothing in Dalton other than the carpet factory, which has been there forever.

A pre-manufactured  is a factory built home or AKA modular home that is built in a plant and disassembled and trucked to a site and re assembled where it is installed on a foundation with a basement or a slab that is concrete that meets the local compliance of the building and zoning departments.

It would have cost me about 150 to do it on yellow letters, so I am measuring my costs including materials, labor time, and a time factor. I

That factor is just one ratio that can determine a person can take it to the next, more important, level.  

I am currently employed as a senior sales engineer, and my job is to program and sell capital equipment within the industrial automation and manufacturing sector (I figure out ways to reduce labor costs in factories by replacing people with machines.

My risk factor I would say is, I guess, High!

I've also started to venture into parts of Iowa and some rural areas anchored by large factory employers.
