A few weeks ago I popped into the Chamber of Commerce and had a short conversation with a couple people, got some good general info about the market. 

I was thinking of calling the chamber of commerce to see if they can give me an idea. 

I called the Ponca Chamber and they confirmed that there is a large expansion in wind energy taking place in that area right now. 

In addition to real estate, I also do Workforce Housing for the Chamber of Commerce so I'm very familiar with both the STR and LTR side of things as well as the tourism landscape here.

Driving traffic during non peak times might require more work but you could enlist the help of your local chamber of commerce or tourism bureau to compile a list of off season events and attractions.

@Don Chambers I think subbing this out seems like a great idea!

--I'm sure you're a wonderful person but I do sincerely wish you would make it your business to speak to job creators (I know Democrats hate that term, but my well-paid employees would certainly agree that I'm one) instead of hanging out in your echo chamber.

You can may also find a metropolitan council, chamber of commerce, etc report.

That being said, BP can be an echo chamber.
