An assistant diriving for dollars

Has anyone hired an assistant to do Driving for Dollars?

I am mailing to an absentee owner list and would like to include Driving for Dollars leads but I am too busy to do it.  

I paid someone a flat fee but they didn't find very much.  Then I hired someone on a per address basis but when I spot checked there were a lot that were not really vacant.  Now I have someone doing it for $800 when I get a deal, but they have not found anything - I think the reward is to far off to motivate them.

Has anyone had success subbing this out?
