Meeting with Chamber of Commerce - What do I ask?

Hello,
I am working on a large multifamily deal in a market that I knew almost nothing about before finding the opportunity.  A few weeks ago I popped into the Chamber of Commerce and had a short conversation with a couple people, got some good general info about the market.  I decided to call up the president of the Chamber of Commerce today to arrange a meeting.  It's a smaller market and I've since gotten some info from various sources about the market.
Does anyone have any good questions they might ask that might reveal some good information about the market in general, jobs, housing, population...
I'm open to any suggestions.
Thanks!
