And I must say:THE MULTIFAMILY PROPERTIES HERE IN VEGAS ARE IN THE WORST NEIGHBORHOODS! 

Ended up being one of our worst deals financially to date, as we invested a lot into it, to do it right and how we would want a house to be done.

Worst case scenario you can notify their unit, and get them straightened out.

However, if we try, we will always find worst situations than ours :)I do expect and budget for some bad things to happen, I was only wondering if we can prevent them somehow.
