No nothing official,  it's just going off of what James wise said on a BiggerPockets article as far as grading Cleveland neighborhoods. 

other wise insurance would not cover you.. cost of owning in that area when your not there.

If you cannot find where she was clearly told that the deposit was merely to HOLD the unit and was NON-REFUNDABLE, then you are unlikely to prevail, and it would be wise to refund the entire $1,500 (via check) and call this is a cheap lesson.If you refund the $1,500, you could still be sued, however no attorney is going to take her case since you acted in good-faith by refunding the money in full (albeit delayed.)

Since the begining ,the Realtor association did a good job in convincing the public  other wise.

There is not enough space on the side of the house to expand it to two car width wise, but there is space length wise to lengthen it and turn it into a two car tandem garage or add a carport in addition to the single car garage.

I think it is wise to use separate entities for each asset that carries any liability.

If you are going with a short term loan, keep in mind it may be harder to be okay DTI-wise, as the monthly payments will be higher than a longer term loan.
