To successfully operate parks at scale requires understanding all the unique aspects, having the experience necessary to create a strategy that works, and building a team and processes to execute. 

If I do not know something, someone else does and I know how to find that person, put them in the right seat and put together a team to complete a task, event, deal, etc. and learn from them.

I currently live at home, which is about 45 minutes up north of Nashville, but with classes starting soon and my desire to get started in real estate investing at an all-time high, I want to be creative and find a unique situation for housing this coming school year.

I know Quickbooks can do the financials but I am looking for something that will also help with the management, like history of when and what things were repaired and also reminders for upcoming maintenance tasks. 

It’s a daunting task to narrow down the search so this is definitely appreciated!

The only good advice I can give is to worry about YOU, not many people are going to go on your journey with you so I think this problem is more common than unique.

It was nowhere near $12,0000 and the algorithm that performs this task was calculated in error.   

I like the fact that by having four people, we essentially can have more people to allocate towards each task while mitigating risk and learning errors in the early stages. 

Achieving the extraordinary is not a linear process, the secret is to put in the time every single day on meaningful tasks and to work through the many frustrating aspects of the journey.
