Thanks Account Closedif only you knew how many times I submitted low ball offers and would get abused by realtors and sellers only for them to come back 2 months later saying "is your initial offer still on the table?"

The REO'S I buy technically take financed offers but whenever there is a cash offer on the table (sometimes less them the financed offer) they usually go with the cash offer.
