In my state, back then, I could get a brokers license 2 ways:1) Have a college degree & the required real estate classes plus pass the test or:2) Get an agents license & work in the industry for a required number of years, take additional real estate classes, then pass the test.

So it's just not in CA.You have to do your research, develop your investing model, test it using historical data, and then apply it within the criteria of the model.

I don't know if this has been tried, failed miserably or not the correct way to start networking.I was just thinking I wouldn't mind testing out or sitting in a couple of screenings, picking deals in my area and I am willing to do anything to create that contact in the Jacksonville, FL area.
