I have a question; I have read throughout the forum and am a bit of a lurker. One concept that Biggerpockets promotes is to add value to someone in order to create a mentor-ship or to ask for advice. Would it ever be possible to add to the forums "looking to give free work in the "location you live in" area. I don't know if this has been tried, failed miserably or not the correct way to start networking.

I was just thinking I wouldn't mind testing out or sitting in a couple of screenings, picking deals in my area and I am willing to do anything to create that contact in the Jacksonville, FL area.
