I'm from Montreal, it's a weird town, neighborhoods I target are like 90% multifamily lol, so I couldn't tell you

@Tal C.Number one I would say is to choose your target markets, neighborhoods and then put together your team on the ground before starting to look at any properties.

They've got numerous meet-ups for young professionals and events held by event organizers like living social. 

Most of my clients do not care I have it because my social media content gives them a better idea of my qualifications than CCIM can and honestly its the world we live in.
