@Gwen Erisman if I had a dollar for every great tenant who was interested in the rental... then never completed an application...I completely agree with @Andrew B.

I'm looking at Codebox, as we use Appfolio and this is their preferred partner that integrates with the software, but from what I can see, the applicant only needs to enter a guestcacd with their name, email, and phone number.  

The only benefit I can offer is possibly a better interest rate, being that as the loan applicant, I’m also a resident of the property.

How soon is too soon to use a rental property management software?

This is not applicable to traditional, long-term rentals.
