So the area between that Camp and the main part of town is protected more than some other areas.Also, know that the fire camp that is set up for fires is generally at the baseball fields by the lake with sleeping at Thousand Pines Christian Camp. 

I was told that an accessory unit, defined by FHA/HUD is a separate additional living unit.... including separate kitchen, sleeping and bathroom facilities... attached or detached from the primary residential unit , on a single family lot.

While it is nice to get richer while I'm sleeping, it takes quite a few units before you feel the difference.

Sleep

If the buyer comes back after and asks to come in to "measure for curtains", "have a cousin come check the pool filter", "sleep in a tent in the back yard for a night" the answer is "NO".

For $8400, I would fly out there with a sleeping bag and my Home Depot card, rent a pick up and get to work.  

I would live in any of my units, but concerned I would not get enough sleep.

I need to be able to sleep at night knowing I'm making a positive difference in the life of a client.

If you have title insurance you should sleep very well.

Obviously it is not and the price disparity of paying investment loan rates is well worth the ability to sleep well at night.
