It seems like tons of markets nationally have seen a HUGE decline in organic and PPC leads right now.How are you improvising and making it happen during these crazy times. 

a receptive market.. and sales skills.. without those pretty tough.Just like top producing RE agents.. many hardly know the back end of how real estate works..

You'll probably want to organize under an S-Corp or LLC, so there are legal expenses too.Don't forget, owning your own brokerage means that you'll be exposed to liability from the activities of your agents. 

It that wasn't completed you might want to look into recording and organizing this. 

I like physical work, I like creative or restorative processes, and I love learning new and super practical skills.
