Will the deposit cover the unpaid balances, cleaning, and repairs?

This is Arizona if that makes a differenceI am trying to search the site, but haven't found a real clear answer yet. 

The stall seems more durable and easier to keep clean but the tiles are more updated. 

A good agency will eat 20-30% of gross but it'll be booked, cleaned and turned much more than if you do it solo.
