Not sure which aspects you are particularly wanting to know about, but definitely shoot out any specific questions you have and plenty of people on here can help in answering.For the LLC thing, it depends on whether you are setting it up to protect your properties or if you are setting it up to act as a 'property management' company for you to landlord your own properties under.

If the basement rents for 800-1000 you will most likely "live," for free from a monthly cash flow standpoint depending on how much property taxes are in your state when figuring in principal/interest/taxes/insurance/utilities.If you have any questions feel free to shoot them over.

The house is being extensively remodeled, contractors crawling on top of each other …we have painters in one room, cabinet guy finishing crown molding on those 42” cherry beauties, there is a deck guy shooting the heck out of nail gun outside, garage guys patching the siding, mortar guy patching and tuck-pointing the chimney in other words … scheduling mess, aka typical flip scenario ohh and there is a plumber who just pulled in hoping to replace the missing copper The guy walks to the basement and falls down the stairs (faulty railing).
