DFW wholesalers and investors

I would like to connect with the local investors and wholesalers, and pretty much anybody associated with the Dallas Fort Worth area. I have a duplex there, and I want to go back there and invest again, and would need contacts, maybe a recommendation of a place to stay for a month there, and my goal is to define an area I want to invest in.
