You want to test the quality of the water to determine if the home requires a purification system if it does not already have one.If the bank will not permit you to have a licensed plumber come in to turn the system on for inspection then contact a reputable well site company and get an estimate of what it might cost to repair a well site, usually a pump to push the water up or what is the cost to open up a new well site if you should need one installed.
