Little help for a beginner......
After years of wanting to buy real estate i finally bought my first deal and am in the middle in dealing with gc's to hire to do work on the property. Bigger pockets has given me tons of great advice on finding and communicating with contractors which is huge as i purchased in Alabama and live in California. I was hoping for a little help from the community for template agreements for the contractors as i make my final decision, i obviously want to have the paperwork right on my end as i have never had to do this before. Possibly forms themselves or a reputable website in which i can get them. Thank you in advance. #GoRams

If you're dealing with a reputable General Contractor they will already have all the contracts that you'll need to sign drawn up on their company letterhead. If you are working with a GC who's allowing you to write up the contracts that is a huge red flag that you aren't dealing with an experienced / sophisticated operator. You are likely working with an unlicensed handyman & / or fly by night Craigslist type which comes with a whole set of additional risks & unknowns.
