If your an excel landlord simply generate an invoice for the repairs using an online template and send it to the tenant. 

My main aim is to buy and hold for the next 15/20 yrs and generate equity in the house and some cashflow.3.

I’m looking for someone to make calls on leads I generate, update my tracking and make follow up calls.

Just a little background for me: I own 3 Duplex & 5 SFH (acquired for $700K in total) with my partner in just less than 2 years and generating high cash flow of $6K every month from all of my rental properties.
