The technical term for what you'd be looking for is a REI Consultant, and while I am and have been one for some years I couldn't even tell you how to find a legitimate one because I never set out to do this I literally feel into this and it just created itself and I do 0 advertising, marketing or promoting of any kind what so ever, I am 100% referral based.

The people I have seen who do it full time either (1) have very little personal overhead and live a minimalist lifestyle or (2) do it as a sidebar to fix n flip or (3) spend a LOT of money on marketing, promotion, advertising, systems, CRM, networking, education, and business development.
