Hey everyone I just wanted to have another brief discussion. I’m totally new to real estate I guess my true question is what are the steps you have to really take to get started ? If you guys wouldn’t mind sharing I’d love to hear them. Thank you to all who answered my last topic really helped me .

@Panetrick Gooden yeah that would be awesome man . For me I’d like to own some single family homes just to get started but my long term goal is to own a apartment unit. I want to buy an hold so I can collect positive cash flow . Another goal is just to get out of my 9-5 and build a better net worth for myself
