As you can probably tell its a very loose term and is thrown around A LOT to describe everything from houses to everyday products like shampoo and cars.

Wife and I live in one half and we rent the other half to an excellent tenant.

They used to have excellent credit score so I don't want to give up on them so quick.

I think I cold make a competitive product and he view would give me a leg up. 

Our credit scores are excellent and our debt to income is good.  

I can't imagine paying 1/2 that for just a sign that goes in the window....Maybe I'm missing something here.Also, with so much success they claim.... and not a single PICTURE of a finished product on their website.  

So far I've listed 17 products and 21 features. 

I plan not to buy a single thing, other than groceries and health related products (I'm getting surgery on aforementioned foot) for this week.
