Does anyone have any good book, articles, or blogs that you would recommend for newbies?

Also on a side note, I think the storage unit, which is in the same physical building as the 1/1, could be turned into a small studio apartment...probably bringing in at least $500 a month in additional income.

There are lots of articles on bp about estimating arv.

I have had an interest in real estate investing for the last few years and have even had a BP account with which I have done nothing more than read articles and posts from others.As my interest and ambition continues to grow, I decided it was time to finally dive further into the site and create connections that could potentially benefit myself and others in the future.

Taxes on interest are an animal of their own.My attorney drafted my Op Agreement for my LLC (cookie-cutter style) and my Articles for my S-corp (for mgt, wholesales, royalties, consulting) for less than $1000.  

I've read articles that pretty much say between 0 and 4 depending on filing status, children, other jobs, etc. 

That article was also good and how I usually approach landlord-tenant relationship issues.  

Never posted anything before this as I was just reading the articles, blogs, and listening to the podcast.

Live up to my potential and do things because they benefit me...they benefit me mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally and perhaps, yes even financially.
