Newb Investor from Lexington, KY

Hello BP world! My name is Ross McMahan from Lexington, KY. I have had an interest in real estate investing for the last few years and have even had a BP account with which I have done nothing more than read articles and posts from others. As my interest and ambition continues to grow, I decided it was time to finally dive further into the site and create connections that could potentially benefit myself and others in the future. I didn't want to continue to sit on the sideline with such a wonderful networking/educational tool at my disposal. I have a vision for myself buying and holding multi-family properties (preferably 4-plexes) in the central Kentucky/northern Kentucky areas, using cash flows to reinvest and acquire more. I look forward to hearing from and connecting with the BP world and continuing to learn all that I can in my endeavor! Ross McMahan

@Ross McMahan welcome to the REI community and making that first post on BP forums! Like @Joe Marcum has already mentioned joining the REIA should be your first step in like you said to "create connections". The next meeting next week is all about that and we are doing a speed meet and greet so you would have an opportunity to meet everyone quickly! What better timing?!? Don't just sit on the sidelines and take some action! Also, I am open as well to meet and grab a drink with someone that is interested in REI. Which reminds me, @Ryan Camenischwe should meet again outside the group *cough* lol. Ross, it seems we have a very similar niche idea. Check out my profile and hit me up!
